Press Pipe Fittings use a unique method of creating leak-proof seals in piping systems. Rather than utilize welding, soldering, or threads, Press Connections are created using a specialized mechanical pressing or crimping tool. Press Fittings do not use flames to create seals and are thus useful in applications where flames are not safe options.
